Carson and his mom entered TAPS Shelter when Carson was just two days old. His mom was a bluetick Coonhound. Unfortunately she had heartworms so bad that they were untreatable and she died. Carson was bottle fed and soon it ADOPTED pparent that something wasn't right. Carson is unable to bend his back legs at his hocks (sort of like not being able to bend your knees).
