| Having been fired from several jobs - Koby continues his search for a career: |
| " I think I've finally found the perfect job for me!" Exclaims Koby. "I've been hired by Polly Parrot to be the head chef at her new restaurant! I like to eat so this should be a cinch! I'm going to call Flopper and invite him to be my first customer!" |
| "Koby has invited me to try out some of his new recipes. Would you like to join me, Flops-A-Lot?" Asks Flopper. "Sorry, I'm busy right now but maybe I'll swing by later". He responds. "Well - I might call my old friend Buttons who lives in TAPS city. I haven't seen her in awhile." Flopper looks for his cell phone. "By the way, Flops-A-Lot - you're a very handsome cat!" |
| " Hi Flopper!" Buttons says as she answers her phone. "Yes, I'm still at TAPS - you know how hard it is for us seniors to find permanent homes." She sighs. "I wish I could go but the bingo tournament starts here tonight!" |
| Later - Flopper greets Koby with a high-five. "I didn't know you could cook, Koby." Flopper says. "I can't wait to be your first customer!" |
| "Hmmm," Flopper hesitates. "This sure doesn't smell very good." He thinks to himself. "I better act enthused...I don't want to hurt Koby's feelings." |
| Soon after: " Ohhhhhhhh - my stomach hurts!" Flopper moans. "Koby get back here - where did you go??? I'm dieing here!" |
| Koby is already across town with a catered meal for Flops-A-Lot to try. "Here Flops-A-Lot, try this! Flopper absolutely loved it!" |
| "It's a very strange color, isn't it?" Flops-A-Lot comments. "Oh well - I'll give it a try...I'm always open to new things!" |
| "Eowhhhhhh!" He exclaims. |
| Within minutes Flops-A-Lot is at Doc's office: "Owwwww -Doc, I just ate the dinner Koby prepared and now I'm feeling yckkky! Can you help me?" |
| "Let me have a bite" Doc suggests. "It can't be that bad!" |
| "Hmmm" Doc sniffs "What an odd taste! But so far so good." |
| Suddenly he lets out a moan. "Owwwww - my stomach!" Doc exclaims. "That was the most awful stuff I've ever eaten! Does Koby have a chef's license!!" |
